Movie moments that just make you go WTF !!!

1. The Usual Suspects: Kint (Spacey) is pressurised into explaining exactly what happened on the boat. His story begins six weeks earlier with five criminals being dragged in by New York police desperate for suspects. The scene starts with Kint leaving the precint and his transformation from a cripple to the criminal mastermind 'Keyser Soze'. I bet people wanted to rewind this scene when they saw it.



2. Sixth Sense: Malcolm Crowe (Willis) is under the impression that he is helping a young child (Osment) who can see dead people. It is a quite a good movie till the end, where it becomes a stroke of sheer genius. Dr Crowe is also on of those dead people.



3. Se7en: A film about two homicide detectives'(Pitt and Freeman) desperate hunt for a serial killer (Spacey) who justifies his crimes as absolution for the world's ignorance of the Seven Deadly Sins. The scene when the killer unveils his victim for envy and wrath. Couldn't get that exact scene but this is also good.



4.Reservoir Dogs: From the guy playing the worlds smallest violin to the very ending. This movie is a freaking roller coaster ride. A gang of thieves carry out an armed robbery on a Diamond warehouse. The police are after them so quickly that they suspect they have a rat in their company. The scence when everyone just freaks out and just shoots each other and Mr. Pink walks aways with the money.



5. Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels: Four London working class stiffs pool their money to put one in a high stakes card game, but things go wrong and they end up owing half a million pounds and having one week to come up with the cash. The ending whether the group ends up with 2 million quid or not depends on a pair of old guns being dumped or not. A freaking shockin and hanging ending.

'Bakra' (Goat) Market in Kuwait

This is the Bakra Market in Dhaher,Kuwait. I went to visit my parents in Kuwait and I wanted to eat some goat so I had to get one:) I know all u veggies are hating me but meh it balances out possibly some how. But goats are freaking expensive let me tell you that.

Finally a good sunday.....wait

Its a brilliant morning, birds are singing, the suns out doing what its supposed to do after all this time and I am doing what I am supposed to do...WATCHING CRICKET!! Never, never again am I going to support India,. Have you no shame losing to the same team again and freaking again and again.....even the commentators took a dig at us.

Although I have to admit the Rameez comment was hilarious. But getting back to our cricket team none of our pace bowlers fired except the mallu dancing doll, Sreesanth, who got in the team because Agarkar was injured. Son of a @!##$!!!!

Thats it from now on tata (bye bye) men in blue, South Africa is my new team now. GO PROTEAS!!!

My Top 10 Movies : PART 1

These are my top 10 movies of all time from Hollywood in no particular order.

1. The Godfather Trilogy: Starring Marlon Brando, Robert De Niro and Al Pacino this movie is a must watch for all movie loving folk. No one can possibly not like this movie, It makes an offer you can't refuse.

2. The Matrix Trilogy: Gives u a head rush no other movie can possibly give. Amazing script and concept, definitely up there.

3. Fight Club: I ran. I ran until my muscles burned and my veins pumped battery acid. Then I ran some more. Smart as hell and a pure masterpiece.

4. Braveheart: Everytime Wallace yells freedom it just makes you want to yell too.

5. Old School: A movie meant for the ages that gives you the right to laugh out loud.

Midterms,champions trophy, randomness and more midterms

EID MUBARAK!!! Been ages since I wrote anything here, and it better have been like that for me to get through these 2 weeks. Again EID MUBRAK!! I exaggerate cuz i was studying on all three days of eid, but meh its all over.

Saw Scorcese's The Departed and oh yeah wht a movie. "Nobody gives it to ya, ya gotta take it." Jack Nicholson nails his part, good to see him back in a gangsta flick after a decade of freakin messed up comedies. Other than that had amazing fun at LAF ( Learning and Fun) , had this hyper active kid to take care of and trust me he was hyper active. It took two mentors to settle him down n get some work done (umm drawing cars).

Other than that been watching the Champions trophy, when you can't sleep for more than 3 hrs no matter what, you study and watch cricket. Kiwis and SA through which just slaughtered my dream of an India vs Pakistan Final. DAMN!!!

There is tonnes of randomness i want to write about but damn just too god damn lazy.....

Finally, a big congrats to Hira for getting hitched and may you have a good one:) and i say to you something i just learned Quos amor verus tenuit, tenebit.

This is one of the best animations I have ever seen. The background music, the angles are great. As far as the plot is concerned, I think its about a guy trying to find the ever elusive answer to everything.

You are my sunshine my only sunshine ohh take the rain awayyy....its been steadily gettin colder and I hate it. I am missing the sun and its all gloomy just before my research outlines are due and a week of midterms too. I hate it. So what I am going to do other than sing...sing and study and enjoy ramadan with tonnes of good food:)

Today is Tarrie's Bday....my Grenadian bud (Grenada - Paradise being towed by a boat) he is 23 and I gifted him a chicken sandwich. He loved it, further asserting the stereotype that black people love chicken and its beautiful. If you can't love chicken you do not deserve to live. I ain't hating on the vegetarians, just that if you have tried it and you hate it, you do not believe in God. There I said it.

Chicken aside champions trophy coming up and India better not choke, and Ferrari how could you blow a freaking engine. DAMN YOU...DAMN YOU ALL TO HELL !!!

Ramadan is going on and I just happened to find this video, its hilarious. Thnxgiving weekend is on and next week is going to be hell with 2 midterms and research reports and assignments. But the week after that oh wait.....2 weeks from now its all going to be fine. DAMN!!
